Shipping & Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • 2-Day Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next day for orders placed before 1 PM EST.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: Delivered within 7-12 business days.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, ensuring delivery with duties and taxes paid (DTP).

Shipping costs are calculated algorithmically based on the number of products, total cart weight, final destination, and shipping option selected.

Returns Policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. To initiate either, please contact support@merch.co. A customer service representative will guide you through the process based on the nature of your return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Specific details on the eligibility of products for return or exchange will be determined on a case-by-case basis, in consultation with our support team.

Refund Process:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For returns due to defective products or our errors, return shipping costs are covered by us.
  • For all other returns, such as size exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and will work towards a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, on a case-by-case basis.
